My role is to be your counselor and legal advisor.  I’ll apply a rigorous cost/benefit analysis and together we’ll select the best course of action. Very often that course does not lead to the courthouse!  I offer mediation, (where either one or another attorney acts as mediator), and collaborative law (where both parties have attorneys and the four of us work it out), or, if necessary, traditional courtroom counsel.
